China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA)
China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) for undergraduate international student admissions, aims to establish a unified, scientific, and authoritative evaluation standard. It focuses on assessing students' academic proficiency and learning capabilities, with a core emphasis on Professional Chinese and knowledge of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, thereby laying a foundation for subsequent specialized studies. Starting from 2026, all students applying for undergraduate programs must take the CSCA exam and submit their CSCA transcripts as part of their application(Including self fund and scholarship program).
The language of the exam must be consistent with the language medium of the major you apply .

Test Dates
Starting from 2026, the exam will be administered five times a year, scheduled for January, March, April, June, and December.
Test Fees
The fee for a one subject is 450 RMB, while the fee for two or more subjects is 700 RMB. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, VISA, and MasterCard.
Registration Method
Online registration must be completed through the official CSCA website (www.csca.cn). The platform supports both Chinese and English.
